Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. If you’ve ordered the wrong size, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item has not been customised.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

To request a return, please include:


  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or faulty)

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any original tags still attached.

Please note that customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Customised or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
