Once an order has been placed, please allow 1–3 working days for us to process and prepare your order for dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking may not update immediately and will only become active once your parcel has arrived in your destination country.

Estimated delivery times are between 7–14 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control.
